Are you still stuck at home because of this world wide pandemic and you couldn't go on vacation? Don't be sad! Let's bring your vacation to you! Paint a watercolor cotton candy sunset sky with palm trees step by step with me and let it take you away from all your worries!

I used a reference picture for this painting which you'll see in my video. There is nothing wrong with using reference pictures. If you use a reference picture don't feel bad about it, because actually a lot of professional artists do so. It doesn't make you any less creative! 🙂

Here's what you need!

  • watercolor paper
  • watercolor paint (magenta, blue, yellow and indigo)
  • watercolor brush
  • mixing palette
  • 2 jars of water (one to rinse your brush, one for clean water)
  • tissue paper
